Personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c of the GDPR Regulation, in order to handle notifications in the BIP and to provide public information on request, pursuant to Art. 10 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information.
The recipients of personal data are substantively responsible UGAL employees authorized to process personal data and other public authorities that submit a legally justified request to provide personal data.
UGAL does not provide for the transfer of personal data to a third country.
The data will be stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed. In the case of proceedings co-financed from EU funds – the storage period may be longer, determined in accordance with Art. 140 Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on ERASMUS+, the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime Fund and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006; You have the right to request from UGAL access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority.
Providing personal information is voluntary.
In the case of processing the personal data provided, no automated decision-making takes place.
